Design For Multiple Screens

Android is used in hundreds of types of devices with different screen sizes, ranging from small phones to large TVs. Therefore, it is vital that you design your application to be compatible with all screen sizes and be available to as many users as possible.

However, it is not enough that your application is compatible with different types of devices. Each screen size offers several possibilities and summonses for user interaction. Therefore, to truly satisfy and impress your users, your application must do much more than simply support different screens: you must optimize the user experience for each screen configuration.

Since second and multi-screen app takes place on many different mobile devices and operating systems, the question naturally arises, which type of app should be developed to achieve the broadest possible customer reach? Other factors include, for example, the number of development costs, time, a consistent design and updatability of the application.

While the TV used to get the full attention, as people move into smartphones and tablets, people's usage has changed a lot. Around 2010, the term second-screen emerged from this context, which describes the use of a second screen, such as the smartphone or tablet, in addition to the current television program, which usually gets more information about the program or the program is commented interactively.

Multiscreen application development requires greater efforts, and thus, it is essential to get in touch with the right partners and deployment services so that you can give a personalized touch and experience to your customers.
